Compassionate Self-Care: Finding Emotional Well-Being Through Embracing Your Humanity

A workshop by Nellie Grose, M.D.

Do you have frequent conflicts within?
Do you often work under pressure, pain or pretense?
Do you struggle in your relationships?
Does fear, guilt, shame or anger block you from authentic living?
Do you want to find peace and joy in your heart?
Do you long to change?

If you answer “yes” to any of the above questions, this workshop is for you. This is not a theoretical, philosophical or religious seminar. It is an experiential workshop intended for you to learn how to experience your feelings and needs, find compassion for yourself and for others, and thus live with more aliveness, peace and joy.:

The content of this workshop will enable you:
To free yourself from the stress of emotional wounds, pain, anxiety, depression, fear and self-hate.
To begin to live in ease with passion and purpose.
To cease the struggle of your relationships by embracing your own humanity and that of others.
To discover self-acceptance, compassion and love.
